Our sandwich panels
Just like a sandwich, a sandwich panel is built up in different layers. The panel has an outer skin on both sides. Usually this is made of polyester, but the outer skin can also be made of aluminum, for example. Between these outer layers are one or more layers of lightweight core material. That core material has specific insulating and constructive properties.
The layers are glued and pressed together under high pressure. This creates a strong sandwich panel with a high degree of rigidity. Sandwich panels are gaining popularity in structural design because of this. Not surprising, because sandwich panels are cost-efficient, versatile and durable.
